Journey Dashboard
The Stats tab in the journey builder gives you insights of a journey and the overall performance report of the journey is displayed. Here you get all the details regarding the performance of your journey like Journey Details, Journey Status, Overview, Messaging Channel Trends, Revenue, Insights and Sales Distribution.
You can also filter between the start date and end date of the journey and view the report for each day as well
To view the Journey Dashboard,
Click on the Stats tab
Metrics Covered in the Report
Overview
Metric | Description |
---|---|
Customers Entered | Total unique number of customers started the journey |
Conversions | Total unique number of customers who completed the journey. |
Drop Off | Total unique number of customers who were not able to complete the journey |
Messaging Channel Trends
Metric | Description |
---|---|
Sent | Total number of messages that were successfully sent |
Delivered | Total number of messages that were delivered |
Opens | Total number of customers who opened the message |
Bounce | Total number of messages that were not delivered due to some reason |
Revenue
Metric | Description |
---|---|
Total Revenue | Total Revenue generated by customers after completing the journey |
Unique Conversion Rate | Unique number of customers who made a transaction |
Insights

Total Sales | Total number of sale done by customers in the journey |
ATV | Total Revenue per total number of customers |
Total Coupons Issued | Total number of coupons issued to the customers in the journey |
Total Coupons Redeem | Total number of coupons redeemed by customers in the journey |
Total Points Redeemed | Total number of points issued to the customers in the journey |
