Customer Profile
Overview
Register and manage your customers all in one place. You can view the loyalty details of a particular customer, transactions, points statements and much more! You can fetch all the important details about an individual customer and their shopping behaviour around your brand. Head over to the Customer Profile tab from the sidebar.
How to register a new customer?
Click on the Register Customer button
Fill out the requested details in the customer registration form and hit Register.
Mandatory fields to be entered while registering a customer - name, last name, phone number, email
Details
You can look up a customer by entering their phone number, name, e-mail address, and receipt ID.
Click on the eye icon to view this customer’s details.
The customer profile page and other particulars around his shopping behavior with you.
Attribute | Description |

Total Available Points | Total number of loyalty points that are available for the customer |
Total Transaction Value | Total monetary value the customer has shopped with the brand till date |
Total Number Of Transactions | Count of Transactions made till date |
Last Transaction Value | The amount value of the recent transaction made |
ATV | Average Transaction Value of the customer |
Last Transaction Date | Recent Transaction Date |
Total Life Time Points | Total number of points the customer has earned till date |
Total Expired Points | Total number of points that have expired till date |
Referral Code | This code will be used to refer other customers and earn rewards |
To edit the personal details of a customer, click the edit icon
User Activities - The last 7 activities of the customer are shown here such as User Signed up on Jan 23 2022 3:43:19PM, Transaction on Jul 27 2022 6:59:01AM, etc
There is also a space below the personal details tab where you can make a note of the customer’s complaints, queries, reminders, and others
Note: Anyone from your team can view the notes. Only the representative who created the notes can modify or delete them.
Below the User Activity, you can find this tab named View Customer’s Details.
A tabular column appears with the loyalty details of the customer.
Customer Transactions : Displays all the transactions of the customer done to date. The total transactions, Total Points Credited and Total Points Redeemed are displayed below the table.
You can search for a particular transaction using the receipt id or transaction id.
Points Statements : You can view the points statement of the customer according to Created Date, Store ID, Store Terminal Id, Transaction ID, Expiry Date, Points, Points left, and Type.
Customer Coupons : All the coupons given to the customer or used by the customer are recorded over here.
You can also directly create a coupon here by clicking the Create Coupon button(you need to have a campaign that has been already created)
Select the campaign from the list and click Generate Coupon
If the campaign is not created you can use the Click Here button and you will be redirected to that page.
Customer Communications : This shows all the communications that have been sent to the customer. It could be SMS, WhatsApp, Email, or Push Notifications.
Journey Reports : This displays the lifecycle marketing stage of a particular customer. You can view details such as Last visited, Journey Name, and No. of times Entered.
Customer’s OTP : Here you can view the list of OTPs the customer has received while redeeming points.
